Golf Tournament Committee - FORMING NOW

JTAA is currently assembling a planning committee for its inaugural fundraising golf tournament. The golf tournament will allow JTAA to invest in added resources and provide new opportunities needed to develop the athletes of tomorrow. At this time, we are looking for volunteer committee members. Volunteers will be involved in all aspects of the planning of this event, including securing sponsorship's and auction donations, tickets sales, public relations and marketing. The first committee meeting will take place on Monday, May 7th at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held in Room A at the Jupiter Community Center - at 200 Military Trail, Jupiter, 33458.  Please contact admin@jtaa.org with questions or to RSVP to the meeting.

We would like to request your support for a fundraising golf tournament to benefit the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association (JTAA).  The organization offers over 15 youth sports programs to over 6500 families in Northern Palm Beach County. The mission of the JTAA is to provide athletic activities for school age children of this community and to help all participants develop strong, healthy bodies and minds; the highest type of sportsmanship, understanding of and respect for the rules; courage in defeat, modesty in victory, and become good citizens.  The JTAA is holding its Inaugural Golf Tournament on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the Turtle Creek Club in Tequesta, FL. Tournament proceeds will allow JTAA to invest in added resources and provide new opportunities needed to develop the athletes of tomorrow

We are seeking sponsors, advertisers and donations of products, services, or gift certificates to use as silent and live auction items.  Contributors will receive exposure to nearly 200 members of our community at the September 8th event. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please fill out the enclosed Advertising & Sponsorship Form or Item Donation Commitment Form, and return it with your donation.

JTAA is a nonprofit organization, and all donations are deductible to the extent permitted by law. Our Federal tax identification number is 65-0016849.
