PAYS

Parents Association for Youth Sports

If you are a new family to JTAA, it is a requirement of our bylaws that one or both of the players’ parents or guardians review the PAYS video once prior to registering for a sport. To learn more about this program that promotes a positive youth sport experience for both the parents and the child click this link: PAYS .

To proceed with your child’s online registration, you will need to enter your PAYS member ID # .  Existing JTAA members may find their PAYS member ID # is included in some quarterly emailing from JTAA throughout the year, but if lost can be re-attained by contacting Linda Bostic, JTAA Administrator, at jtaa@bellsouth.net anytime.  New families with JTAA must watch the PAYS video online.  Your 6 digit PAYS member ID# will be emailed to you 1-2 business days after you complete the viewing.  Please read the Instructions for Viewing Online below. Note: your member ID is a 6 digit number (not 5).

The yearly requirement of viewing the PAYS video (online or at a viewing session) has been done away with. Parents or guardians whom have completed the PAYS program after November 15th 2004, will be able to enter their existing PAYS member ID in the registration process, accept the PAYS re-pledge and be good to go. No additional money or viewing requirement will be necessary unless you are a new resident, have not attended or taken the online PAYS program since November 15th 2004 or cannot be found in the current PAYS database due to an administration mishap.  If you need to have the program administered to you, proceed to the lower portion of this page for Instructions For Viewing Online.  Member ID's acquired prior to Nov 15th 2004 are not eligible and will require retaking the online PAYS program.

Once you receive your 6-digit PAYS member ID #, please record it for future registrations.  The nice folks at PAYS are only able to assist you with any technical problems watching the PAYS video or your PAYS member ID.  You can reach PAYS via email Membership@nays.org or by calling NAYS Member Services at 561-684-1141, during the hours of 8:30 to 4:30 M-F.  They have no knowledge of your JTAA sport, dates, uniforms or registration.

If you do not have access to a computer, the PAYS program can be administered by appointment at the Jupiter Community Park Administrative Building (yellow building at JCP).  Contact Linda Bostic, JTAA Administrator, at jtaa@bellsouth.net.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIEWING ONLINE:    JTAA parents needing to complete PAYS can begin the program by clicking on the green PAYS logo below.

Click here to read step by step instructions to view PAYS online (pdf format).  If you cannot read this file because you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader or the correct version, you can download a free copy/upgrade at www.adobe.com.  You must review the system requirements and ensure that you meet them before proceeding.

The entire On-line clinic takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.   After you complete the PAYS viewing, you will receive your member ID # via email in 1-2 business days.  It's with that 6 digit MBR number that you will need to register for a sport.  The 5 digit invoice number you receive at the end of the PAYS viewing will not work when registering for a sport.
