You will need the following before you register:

- PAYS member ID #                         

- current US Lacrosse membership #

$25 late fee will apply to all registrations starting December 1st.

PAYS (Parents Association for Youth Sports) Video

The annual requirement to watch the video has been terminated! If a parent or guardian has watched the PAYS video since November of 2004, you do not have to watch it again. You will need to enter the member ID you received via e-mail from Youth Leagues on the lacrosse registration page when you register electronically.

New participants will be required to watch the video on-line, after which they will receive their member ID.

If you do not have your member ID or did not receive your e-mail with your member ID, please contact PAYS at nays@nays.org or by calling NAYS Member Services at 684-1141, during the hours of 8:30 to 4:30 M-F.
