2009 - 2010 JTAA Recreational Basketball Registration

DATES:

Registration for JTAA recreation basketball is currently open. 

There will be a limited number of participants and teams this year, and we expect many participants to not get on a team for this 2009-2010 season. It is strongly recommended that you register your child as soon as possible. Although late registration begins on October 31, 2009, registration for many age groups will close well before that date. If your child's particular age group is full, they will automatically be waitlisted based upon the registration date.

FEES:

Fees are $100 per player. The third child or more will receive a $30 discount..

There is a penalty of $20 per family for late registration (after October 31, 2009).

All 7 year old boys and 7-8 year old girls must bring a copy of their birth certificate to their assigned coach on the first day of practice.

PRIOR TO REGISTRATION

Complete the PAYS requirement (Parents Association for Youth Sports): If a parent or guardian has viewed the PAYS video since November 15, 2004, you should have a 6 digit membership ID number. Your membership number was mailed out to you this year.  If you cannot locate your number, please contact PAYS via e-mailing nays@nays.org or by calling NAYS Member Services at 561-684-1141 during the hours of 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday.  Additionally, you may contact Linda Bostic, JTAA Administrator at jtaa@bellsouth.net anytime.
